Bill's Heating and Air Conditioning congratulates you on your investment in one of the most comprehensive service agreements available anywhere. With this agreement, you are now considered a Preferred Customer, which entitles you to priority service, extended warranties, cash discounts, and most importantly, Peace of Mind. The base cost of this agreement is only $119.
With this program, you will receive two inspections within a twelve month period: Spring inspection for the air conditioning unit and the Fall inspection for the furnace unit. The inspection consists of a full maintenance program. In addition, you receive free labor on normal maintenance parts installed during any scheduled inspection call. On all after-hours service calls, you will not be charged the after-hours charge, except for holiday service calls; they will be charged at the after-hour rate. Your permission is always sought before proceeding with any major repairs. You will receive notice by mail when the inspection has come due.
